1. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription or service plans at any time. To cancel, you may turn off auto-renewal settings in your user panel or contact us at info@swarajyaseva.com.

Upon cancellation, your active service will continue to remain functional until the end of your current paid billing cycle. No further renewal charges will be made after cancellation.

2. Refund Policy

Since Swarajya Seva provides intangible, digital services (e.g., software access, virtual cards, API connections) and we offer a trial/demo version of our services for evaluation, we generally enforce a **no-refund policy** once a payment is completed and the plan is activated.

However, refunds may be considered in the following exceptional cases:

  • Duplicate Payments: If you were charged twice for the same subscription package due to a technical error.
  • Service Failure: If we are unable to activate or deliver the services you purchased within 7 business days of payment confirmation.

3. Processing of Refunds

If your refund request meets the criteria above and is approved by our support team:

  • The refund will be credited back to your **original payment source** (Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, or Wallet used during the transaction).
  • Refunds are processed and submitted to the bank/payment gateway within **5 to 7 working days** from approval. The actual reflection of funds in your account depends on your issuing bank.
